A network needing a staff manager

If this sounds like what you like hit me up in discord.
First we are currently working on Survival and later on will plan to work on either skyblock or creative. The "network" is brand new and has a few members on the discord.

Keep in mind that if you don't have any experience previously don't bother. I will need you to have at least some experience.
You would be a staff manager and in the beginning have the decisions gone through the other management and leadership team but later on you would have the possibility to decide the applications yourself (if you prove yourself). Also if you don't want to talk in voice chat don't bother every candidate will have to talk maybe with multiple people and they might need to do a test. If you have a resume it is a + if not that is all good.

You should or must have
-You need to be active
-You need to be able to evaluate applications and interviews and be non biased
- You need to be mature
-You must have some experience
-You need to be willing to help with the development
-You need to be a team member
-You must have patience with staff members and players
-You need to have common sense and be able to listen to the players and other staff members
-You should be able to act in a short notice if a fight breaks out with staff members
-You need to listen to the staff members
-You can't be power hungry or a staff hunter
-You won't be paid I want to give new managers a chance to show their skills

Okay, I understand the "power hungry" one but "staff hunter" one not so much you are here on MC-Market to look for a manager, therefore everyone is a staff hunter?
