A new business Idea. Recruiting a co owner/ manager

Hey, So I am not going into too much detail so PM me if you are actually interested.

Concept:
It is quite like a service company but for games.
We can hire experienced gamers, and find people who want to be taught how to play on their favourite game.
We also can hire gamers to log onto their accounts, and do levels, or whatever they want done on their game. So it is a hub where people can get tons of services done for the game that they want boosted.

I am looking for a partner to help me do this.
You must be 14 years old,
You must have some funding (less than $100 will be fine)
You must be able to put your time into this.
