A new drawn avatar!

Hey guys, so as some of you may know, I've changed my avatar.. so I need to get a new drawn one

Some things you need to know:
- Only spending up to $20 [I can go up if your portfolio shows some amazing work!]
- This is the skin I'm using http://mcskinsearch.com/skin/KentDMC
- The drawn avatar must possibly include the upper body of my skin and the head, just as shown in the last avatar
- You must provide a portfolio to me in the comment section with your skype username or so, so I can see your portfolio before I contact you!

For now, I can raise my budget for this if your work is amazing as said before..
