A new roleplay Minecraft community

First off I am a Java developer and I have years of experience with coding, configuring, managing and maintaining Minecraft servers.
Here's some GTA RP server I made back to 2022, so you can see what the bigger picture can look like, but what I want to do is a big serious roleplay community that never seen on Minecraft before.
The idea is taking ideas from FiveM GTA RP servers (NoPixel and etc), and implement them into Minecraft.
This project requires a big budget to make happen, if someone can and want to take this idea I would love to be part of the project as developer.


So the server is a serious RP server that allows players to become a business owner, policeman, ems, lawyer and citizen that can make crimes around the city
with a lot of ways to make money and advanced in the server such

• Voice chat ingame: there's an new plugin that allows your players to join a web browser that gives you the ability to hear people around you (we can take it to any direction we want)
• Crafting system for certain players so they can craft weapons, food, drugs, and lots of things that can be sold to the citizens
• Weapon Dealers (that can craft with the crafting system weapons and ammo and they can sell it to the citizens in the city)
• Drug Dealers (drugs in the game makes you more faster, more armored, jump higher and more, there will be certain amount of drugs that can be crafted and used)
• Businesses: players can manage groceries stores, restaurants and more, every business have their own ad message in chat, permissions and more...

• Groceries stores: the owner need to get supplies from a to b with truck to fill store's inventory so players can buy from the store.
• Restaurants: crafting system inside the kitchen of the restaurant, you need to buy supplies from the groceries to cook your own type of food.
• Any other services: You can buy a place and make your own business to sell any resource or service you want.

• Global job system: salary system each job have their own income (also businesses workers getting salary) and bonuses by the owners can be given.
• Advanced police system: players can become cops, they have terminal to recognize citizens, history crimes, every single detail that contribute to the roleplay in the server (with discord servers organized)
• Advanced EMS system: players can become ems employee, they getting notification once someone is down and they can get money for each revive (also once in few minutes)

Ways to make money:

• Deliver and sell weed
• Resell drugs, weapons, vehicles, items, and more
• Open a business to sell a service, items or anything you can offer to make money
• Work as a worker on server jobs or any other business around the city
• Fishing fishes and sell them to a dealer (There's few fishing zones ranked by rarity of the fishes, every hour the fish zones getting filled up again to prevent farming)
• Robberies such: Bank robbery, groceries store robberies, and more robberies that can be developed
• Players needs to lock their home and chests, if someone finds a unlocked door and chests inside some house they can steal it without any warning to the police
• Players can suggest ideas to implement into the server on discord (players knows the best what is missed in the server because they're playing in there)

and basically I can keep writing a lot of ideas here, some OGs here that plays FiveM RP servers and wants to make something similar in Minecraft can take the idea or contact me to get this from ground up.
