A paid 12gb ram VPS

Hello, MC-Market.

I am here to offer you a VPS, this will be free for you. I will pay for it monthly.
I am coming to you because I know a lot of people out there have some unique idea's about creating a minecraft server, so, I would like to offer you the chance to create it. But, here's the catch. I will only accept one person, they must demonstrate the following;

Maturity. I will be looking for people 16+ although if you show you are mature I will for younger ages.
Must know what you want, you must be able to explain to me what you are looking to create, if possible detail would be better.
Must have prior experience with running a server, working with multicraft, and FTP access.

What you will have;

Access to the root files. Able to run anything you wish (Within reason of course)
Multicraft (Already setup)
Help from me if you need it (I will stay completely out of unless asked)

TOS;

If I feel you are abusing my offer I will remove you completely and look for someone else more deserving.
You have the right to edit/add/remove anything you wish as long it is legal.
I have the right to deny this offer to anyone
I have the right to check the files every 2-4 weeks to make sure everything is going good (Note: At no time will I edit/remove/add anything without speaking directly to you first)

So you will just pay? What about buycraft? Do you get the money back you pay for the VPS and anything extra they get?

Well, I understand why you would think that. But, rep, join date does not mean anything. I am here just trying to give someone else a chance they may not have had. I'm paying it forward if you will. Ask me anything I'm not down to steal server files and I also stated that I would also help if they need help. Hell, I'd give them my old server files to carry on and make something out of if you really think I'm here to steal files. I know what I am doing with servers enough to not need to steal files, I have purchased many things from here (On this account and my other account) and on spigot. If you would like some proof I am more than happy to share that with you over PM but I would appreciate you gave me the same I'm simply trying to give to someone else.

Also, about the buycraft. I do not expect the server to be making money for the first few months, I would talk to the person running the server about a percentage for us both (Me for paying, them for everything else. I would expect no more than 15%- 20% monthly as money doesn't bother me too much.
But yeah, if everyone just thinks this is a scam or I'm trying to steal files I'll just leave it but let me know.
