For sure there are tutorials on youtube.. like for every kind of graphic.
I don't know what you mean with "Special", The final result depends on the artist.
This is a style such as minimal, 3d, etc; I just haven't seen many people using it (not like the designs with the images taken from undraw).
Personally, I discovered this style on instagram and learned by playing with photoshop tools (obviously having a very solid photoshop base first).

personally, the top design can be replicated quite easily. the bottom ones are unique and very aesthetic to the eye. nice job!

wouldn't rely sell it, saw it on a youtube tutorial once
