A Plugin that alerts you when a player comes near.

I basically need a simple plugin that alerts you when a player comes within a certain number of blocks close to you. (configurable). If you've ever been on the MineZ server on shotbow, they have the same thing. A red message comes up in chat saying "It sounds like someone is nearby..."
Seems very simple, I don't know if a free version already exists though. Post how much you want for it down below.

Nope i coded myself one, Didn't have the time was on vacation so i though i'd buy one from someone i "trusted" which i don't now
