A Plugin To Be Made + Price Estimate!

I am looking for a developer to create a plugin for my server.

This is what's needed and I'll also need a price estimate on the plugin.

1) When new players join server it will open up a GUI so a player can choose to be police or criminal.

2) Players can switch back and fourth between cop and criminal with a 3 day cooldown.

3) Police are able to right click criminals where it will open up a GUI to show players inventories and if they have the blacklisted items they will be charged and sent to jail. (The police gets to keep whatever blacklisted items they have.)

4) Players able to change between careers by doing /career and it will open a GUI again to be able to pick between criminal and police.

5) Police are not allowed to place certain kinds of plants. This should be a way to change it via YML.

6) When police are on duty by doing /police they are allowed to only arrest players in spawn only and when they do /police it will then trigger the command /kit police. You you somehow hook this up with worldguard?

7) Criminals have the chance to escape when they are tagged with drugs in their inventory.

8) When the player logs off they will go off duty.

9) Each command should have a message.

10) Police ranks Prefix &8[&1RANK&8] <- These tags should be in chat beside the players name

11) All rankup upgrade prices should be in config!

12) All ranks should be able to use /kits via essentials and should be config-able.

13) Players are able to use /promote and it will promote that player to the next title.

14) I need a way to keep police players out of criminal spawn and criminals out of police spawns. Possibly you can hook this up with worldguard? And make it where I can region off a small area for cops/crims!






More info - The plugin should be where when the new player joins the server he will be able to pick criminal or police from there the plugin will put them in that catagory and they will be able to rankup from there to obtain kits. Each rankup will have a set price which the player will have to purchase to rankup.


I have hired Cloth to configure the plugin, but he has completely given up on the project.
