A pop up message reminding that its not allowed to ask for vc's

The title says it all.
Please add a pop-up message on every forum reminding that asking for VC on a thread is not allowed.
I am tired of these kids trying to get free stuff even though I clearly specified that I am not gonna give out vouch copies.

This is already a rule, and users already get warning points for it.
If you see a member violating this rule, just report them.

We cannot enforce this unless you do your job and use the report button.

EDIT: I use the report button every time btw. It doesn't help.

As Justis said, we already do warn for it. Recently I have noticed less people asking for vouch copies and I expect it to go down as we continue to warn people for asking for them publicly.

Not too sure if we need something made just for this, especially considering we already warn for it.
