A populated server!

As many know I am starting my own server soon, but I might be joining an established server.
I wanted to ask if anybody knows owners of populated servers and I mean servers with 250-400 average players.
If you know owners or you are an owner of a server with this, I have huge offers, and huge plans to show to you, hit me up if you own a HUGE server.

This includes :
Me investing money.
Developing.
Graphics.
Youtubers.
Bigger then most servers.

Not really sure what your plans are, but trust me, noone will just risk a server like that for someone's plan.
