I need the BEST possible developer with a lot of experience, your history with Spigot/Bukkit plugins will be completely useless. If a team would like to come forward I would also allow that. A custom solution for the server will be made, instead of using Spigot or Bukkit we will use an in-house designed and developed server wrapper/software, incorporating all features of our server directly into the software.
