you can charge anything back. literally anything. the consequences is what you have to worry about. your bank will deal with Paypal if pp wont let you

Yea im worried that this guy will try to charge me back after I do work for him, and put me in a negative balance.

Charging back with F&F is possible but not simple.
One way would be if they switched IP and told paypal they had been hacked and someone made a transaction without their consent.
Another way would be if they call their bank to chargeback for them (if they didnt use paypal balance).[DOUBLEPOST=1598290276][/DOUBLEPOST]

The best bet is to force them to take a screen recording of them paying via their PayPal balance. Even still, they can do this on a VPS and chargeback and claim as fraudulent activity.

Ultimately it depends on the value you're talking about...anything over $200 just use BTC

Well I can almost grantee that they did not do any of that, so I guess there best bet is contacting there card company
