So i recently got scammed by nine a little over a week ago. The only reason i was successfully scammed out of 200$ is because i was told by dansells he was hacked.
I understand that nine has made an account called NineAppeal. Will he be required to mend the damage caused by his reckless screen share and incidental password reveal to the culprit?
Because the only reason he managed to scam me was because i have had PAST HIGH DOLLAR purchases with him before! Needless to say he had my trust and that allowed the scam to succeed. and i'm not the only victim of this.
I have no idea submitting evidence of all of this to prove both the scam and the scam amount of money, i should also note that i did file a real police report of this though doubtful they will follow up on it, it does let me make a claim for refund via bank/paypal. thats another matter entirely though.
It would be extremely unfair if nine got his account restored without fixing the damage caused by all of this. if he had not revealed his password none would have been scammed.
BOTTOM LINE... TL/DR. i want nine to refund, not only just me. but anyone else who got scammed by nine's credibility. because we all thought it was actually him due to paypal, discord and all checking out.
