A Reliable Dev

Hello, I am Wrath, And I am a owner of MineTales, Which is a upcoming Fully Custom Network that ranges between Minigames to Gamemodes. I am searching for reliable dev's that can possibly create some of the unique plugins that is needed for each server! Although, I have alot of Dev's on my contact, none of them has been really reliable! They would just go inactive or not respond too skype texts and my most reliable dev is always busy with other plugins. To be honest, I am looking for only one developer. You will be paid according too each plugin. I am also pacific timezone.
I created this thread to gather more developers to contact when I need a plugin made instantly or too be contacted when I need something evaluated.
