Ok, I was told a riddle that I cannot solve.

If there was a cow who could moo, but there were two, how many cows could a cow moo to.​

The cow could only moo to himself, see if itself is the answer. In the part where it says "but there were two" it doesn't specify if there were two cows or two moo's, it's possible it could be two moo's in which case the cow couldn't moo to any other cows since there aren't any other cows, just the cow itself. So the cow can only moo to itself.

Edit: Would probably be the same as none or zero though, not sure.
