Hello, I'm xMafiaS. I'm an Elite-Admin in A Ronin Story, and I want to write my Staff Experience in A Ronin Story.
INTRODUCING MYSELF
I'm one of the first staff member who applied and currently still in the team. When I first applied, there weren't many people in the team. I wasn't also experienced a lot. I was nervous and didn't really know what to do. I was trying to learn more about the server, staff team, rules and tasks. A few days later I felt so lucky because I was in this server's staff team. I thinked that I was lucky because I realized how proffesionaly and organized they work. In A Ronin Story, nothing can reduce the quality. You need to write your application professionaly, you need to do your task in time, you need to obey the rules, you need to be respectful, you need to be mature etc. The Management in A Ronin Story is different than the other servers. If you do your job correctly, you get awarded. Also the Management isn't strict until you aren't working and joining the meetings.
REQUIRMENTS
As Alessio wrote the requirments to apply, I will not write them. But if you apply and get accepted you need to fill an activity form to prove that you are active. And you should work every 5-7 days.
