Hello everyone! I am xMafiaS,the Manager of "A Ronin Story", a soon-to-be released Medieval RPGMMO project centered around a Japanese environment. We are currently seeking new talented and skilled staff members to join our team! Our server has adapted and grown, and we currently anticipate that we are nearing a full release. We are urgently seeking to recruit and expand our team, so as to better prepare for the growth of the server itself. So with that in mind, if you are interested please read below!
A Ronin Story’s staff team is bolstered by dedicated and eager RPGMMO players who are committed and driven to support the community that we have in mind. Our hope is for candidates and staff to join in our overall vision, and help facilitate a community that reflects the core values of openness and support that we aim to instill. Furthermore, we hope that our staff also adds to the nature of wonder and adventure that our server will reveal with this new genre of RPGMMO.

All those in A Ronin Story must continue to uphold our values of inclusivity, diversity, support, player choice, and understanding. We've got tons of features! Seeing as our server is created from the ground-up based upon our common goal, we have incredibly unique plugins and configurations that will shape our player experience. Ultimately, we are searching for people who uphold and share our values to help us grow and strengthen our server.
Requirements for staff members are as follows:
⁃ A candidate must be mature
⁃ The applicant must be respectful
⁃ The candidate must also speak English fluently
⁃ Furthermore, the candidate must also have time to fulfill their duties to the server
⁃ Experience is not required, but the more experience an applicant has, the better!
Our Staff Positions:
Developer [open]
Developers work to build plugins, fix general bugs, and configure standard plugins. Applicants looking to get involved in this role need a solid grasp of Java and coding, and any knowledge of database programming is a huge plus for any applicant!
Admin [open]
Admins will oversee the general staff activity while also contributing to the overall growth of the server. Whether in contributing ideas or completing tasks, Admins are heavily involved in the growth of the server.
Moderator [open]
Staff members that are moderators have every duty of a normal Helper, while contributing to the physical moderation of the server. Through this role, the staff member has their own hand on ensuring the core values of the server.
Helper [open]
Helpers are the closest bridge between the staff team and player base. Helpers will answer general questions and provide basic support to the community. This role is a great starting place to those who are new and have little experience with staffing servers.
Builder [open]
Builders are one of the needed components of a great server. They keep the quality we already have and spread it over the server by building new structures.
