Whether world edit was used or not is irrelevant. I could build the biggest mountain by hand, but if it does look good then it won't sell. On the other hand if i were to use world edit and it look good, then it would be worth something.

I hate to burst your bubble, but while the people saying it's not worth much are being a bit rude about it, they are right. This build has little more difficulty and aesthetic to it than what most server owners can make. only reason they would buy it is for the sake of convenience.
