A Server Without Hiring YouTubers?

Im having a really hard time finding streamers and youtubers. I know I can do slots, but are they worth it? Idk how I would manage to grow my server into the 100 playerbase I want it to be without youtubers.

Its factions. But soon it will be prison and rankuppvp

Is the issue simply you can't find YouTubers? Because they are the best way to go.

I cant find any. I've made threads, I've added threads, I've gone on youtube with my shit as well. Plus my offers arent that bad. 15 dollars a 1k view. Idk why. I've emailed 10 youtubers no reply, plus the ones on here either ask outlandish things or arent factions/only trailers.
