A slight change to d3l3t3d's tag

d3l3t3d's tag needs an icon.

I'm not sure why you're taking jabs at him? D3l3t3d is an extremely busy man and last time I checked he isn't a Community Manager of the website. Being a System Administrator does not mean that he needs to be 'active', and yet he is still on every single day.

I never criticized him for being 'inactive'. My point is that a small icon in front of this tag isn't that important.
