A Specific Discord Bot With 1 Feature

I am looking for someone that would be able to make a discord bot that can join a discord and copy all the emote/emojis in it and then paste it onto another discord. I would need someone to make it so the bot can do this without perms in the discord that it is copying the emotes from but, it will have perms in the discord it is pasting it into (obviously).
