Okay so the base of the plugin or script is simple a player who has the rank of cop/permission will tp to a user of their choice when they do so they will be given a few seconds to run away or leave a room in there house ( this needs to be a countdown timer for both the player being tped to and the player tping). when the cop tps to their current location or last location at the end of the counter they need to be able to run a command like /charge (player) level 1
When they charge the player it needs to jail them for 30Seconds and take 50$ from them there needs to be 4 levels each will increase by 15 seconds and 25$ and the time for tp needs to be editable and the player being tped tp does not get an option to accept.
