"A Treemendous Spawn" - Tree House

Hi there,

My 6 year old would like a the tree house from Mojang's default Minecraft Realm map called "A Treemendous Spawn". Sadly for some reason it's not possible to copy and paste into my daughters realm or server, the makers quite rightfully have disabled that option.

So we were wondering if you were able to create something similar in exchange for payment; please let us know how much it would cost for this to be made on a flat world, with the option to copy and paste?

P.S. Giant flowers are not needed.

This is Minecraft PC - not console.

You can easily download a mod called Schematica or find a World Dowloader mod onto the latest version of Forge and copy the build, later pasting it at its designated place.
