Looking for something alongside this:

I am looking for something very very specific. My name is a spin off of a word that means "Time isn't slowing down" and I am looking for a certain type of an illustrated banner of a road with city lights shining into puddles of water. Above each puddle will be Z a e n o s y n e. And in the front end(bottom) part of the banner I want two people walking forward holding hands. I don't want it to look full on cartoony either though.
The main color scheme would be based off my logo
So blues and dark grays/blacks
