So while thinking about a new way to make a server on mine craft, it seems like a lot of people just do the same thing over and over again just tweaking little pieces of the puzzle to make it work, and while it may work I want something new in mine craft.

So why am I here, well I know next to nothing about coding a Minecraft server, so what I'm looking for is either paid workers, and yes i have the money to backup this server and all that it entails, or I can offer you a percentage of the company. This is an original idea and while i cannot disclose much of the details I can say that it is a new idea never done before. You can message me and we can talk more, as well as percentages and pays, I am not looking for a developer that just tweaks things I'm looking for a confident developer that can create something out of nothing.

As I said all developer position as well as staff positions will be paid, which Is while I will extensively interviewing each candidate. Developer positions start at $100 and can range up to $1000 Staff positions start at $10/hr or can be a weekly/monthly basis of $50/week or $200/month depending on the month. I am also looking for a very talented Graphic Design Specialist, the pay for the job will vary based on what i need and what you quote me for, but please know that you will be paid very well.
