A way to bypass EULA?

Hi. So with all that stuff with mojang enforcing their EULA i have thought a small idea that could work.

Basically all players ona server use a comand, /buy, /store or something similar. After that, player gets a custom generated link, www.yourwebsite.com/shop.php&token=1234 which is active for a small period of time (1-2 hours), after that it doesn't work.

This will prevent Mojang from getting your store link and being unable to prove that you are actually selling anti-eula things.

Player time spent on a server could be added as well, if player has played for more than 5 hours, then he can access such command, else he can't.

Opinions?
This isn't bypassing anything. It's just as illegal as it was before.
