Unfortunately you can't code in MongoDB, its a no-sql database.

But you can connect using languages like php, node.js, etc.

Presuming you want it to be affordable? PHP would probably be the best to go as you can just slap it on a web host.

it's a database technology, MongoDB is not a db itself used for something

and to the threadstarter, go on freelancer.com or upwork, there's bunch of indians on there that would do it VERY cheap. they dont need any minecraft knowledge as long as your pvp plugin or whatever uses mongodb, they just pull data and display it on the website.
