Hello, I do this post to find out if someone has a VeltPvP style website, or if I can do one, it would also be useful, my budget can vary a lot, thank you very much.

NodeJS is not a language, and these websites cost thousands as they invoke backend features like user authentication/authorization, database connections for handling posts, potentially include a payments gate to accept donations/support an online store, etc. They also require front-end knowledge both in terms of development with CSS and HTML (or JSX) as well as savvy UI/UX technique to create a functional product.

I can assure you that developer should not be claiming himself as the "best" if he would charge a price as cheap as $200.

I disagree because they're not using any software as a base, but they're using a custom made forums
Likely, I would say $300-800 at best.

The Leaderboard integration might be more, or you can use a premade plugin on Minecraft with an already made base layout and edit it out.

Node.js is a run time environment, it's literally an execution context used to run Javascript code outside of the browser.

VeltPvP is using a - for whatever reason that I totally disagree with - AJAX calls to display content on their forums. If you want to get technical, VeltPvP is 100% front-end (or for the most part, mostly front-end).

That being said, if you want a forums just like Velt, find yourself a back end developer to create a REST API that will handle numerous requests for displaying data and inserting data into a DB and a front-end developer to display that data in a clean, organized way.

Let me jump in this then

Custom forums with user system, admin panel, ranking system (allowing moderators/admins to manage forums and such) and so much more
that requires at least a month of work, no one will waste a month for 200$ which can be earned in a few days of work on small 3-4 pages website with just front end

If you want to have a cheap copy of these forums just get xenforo and get a xenforo designer to do a template for you that looks like veltpvp's site
otherwise be prepared to spend 1-2 thousand $
