A Website which automatically posts a Discord Giveaway with a bot

I am looking for someone (or a team/multiple people) who would be able to create a website (using premade designs and art) which will automatically post a giveaway in a discord server using a bot (which is developed by you) once the invoice is paid. I would need this bot to be able to detect if a member is in the discord of the user who purchase the advertisement (server requirement giveaways) along with have commands which can be used to modify the giveaways once posted.

Basically, I need a website made where someone would be able to pay an invoice. Once the invoice is paid, their message would be posted in a discord server through a bot. The giveaway would make the members in my discord be required to join the discord server provided by the buyer and if they are not in the server, they will not be able to join the giveaway.
