Wait... You want 26 mines for 40$? That's just over 1.50$ per mine. For that you basically get the hole in the ground, maybe a tiny bit of simple terrain around it with some small trees. No good builder is going to build you much more than that for only $1.50. If you only have 40$ to spend for A-Z mines, it's probably better to just build the hole yourself and copy-paste it around 25 times. However, if you are serious about your prison server and you want it to look professional, it's probably better to save up a bit until you have a more realistic budget for A-Z mines (250$+).

Depends on the quality you are expecting. I know there are countless people out there who are willing to build you mines for 1.50$. I'm just warning you that these will not be anywhere near professional quality. If you don't care whether your server looks professional or not, then by all means go ahead and purchase 1.50$ prison mines. It's just that I've seen so many people here who purchased cheap builds, only to regret later on that they did not just wait for a bit until they had saved up more money, because their cheap builds were of terrible quality. Best mines are $50 each or more (majority of people do $10 - $25), extra quality for a larger price is not over pricing as it raises the value significantly.
