Oh damn. A "Legit Anime Animation" will cost you WAY more than 100 USD. :/
This is due to the fact that Anime is done frame-by-frame so this means that every second there are 24 individual drawings, which are usually pretty detailed.

No offense to artists here as I'm sure there are outliers here but i've also been looking for a legit animated non minecraft intro (or text with dubstep) for quite a while. This may not be the place to find that. I've had better luck with my game developer friends.

Anime animation isn't done 24 frames per second. More like 1 frame every 2 seconds. XD

But in all honesty, japanese anime isn't 24 frames per second. Nor is the intro I put on my thread 24 fps. There were around maybe 24 total frames in the intro at most.
Okay, I don't want to get harsh, but why do you try to prove me something like that when you obviously don't know a thing about these stuff. Anime runs at an average of 24 frames per second, with main objects animated at 8 to 12 fps and background objects as low as 6 to 8 fps, but 1 frame every 2 seconds? What!? xD

Edit: Realized that I sounded harsh, but I'm just defending myself in this argument.

If you didn't notice I was making an exaggeration joke then. The point I'm trying to get across is that anime does not have 24 frames per second. If that were the case, naruto would only be on episode 20 by now. lmao[DOUBLEPOST=1469759717][/DOUBLEPOST]And if you watch the video I provided, there are many standstill frames where it stays on the frames for quite a bit of time during the animation or repeats the same frame. This is commonly done in anime / works like this to cut down the workload.

I'm not asking for some god tier no game no life explosion of color and background intro. Just a kawaii girl standing in front of a white background with some sakura petal overlay could work.
I'm sorry for misunderstanding. My bad. And by the way, animes with very big budget can actually be 24FPS. For example, Akira.
Anyways, hope you find a person who can make your intro soon.

Yeah, akira had a major budget, completely like crazy out there. They also made an insane amount for an anime but not enough to profit.
The industry is dying, sadly. :/
Some people say that the Anime is going to become 3D like Miraculous Ladybug, because it's simply easier and takes less time/money, since you just animate the rigs. Not saying that it's easy, just saying that it's easier.
