Ability to BCC Users in PMs

I think we should have the ability to BCC staff or other users in a PM. This could come in handy if you think you're getting scammed, you could BCC a friend or staff member without the other user knowing they're able to view the PM.

For those of you who don't know what BCC stands for, it is "Blind Carbon Copy."

Seems rather unnecessary. I wouldn't want other people reading my PM's without my permission.
Not really worth investing time into it either.
