Ability to Close Own Threads

Title says it all - we should be able to close our own threads in most forums.. like Servers, Investments, etc..

Maybe it wouldn't be a good idea for forums like Scam Reports but if you could limit it to certain sensible forums, I'd love to see this feature, so we don't have to tag mods to close it for us.

You can with supreme, I believe in the feature list it's called "ability to trash own threads" but basically you can just archive it

Not exactly the same thing - it's just more of an effort for mods if we can't close them ourselves.

how is it not? You're asking for the ability to close your own threads (when the mods do it, they just archive it), which is a feature for supreme already. While I agree it would mean less work for the mods, it is the same thing you're asking for?

Not completely sure as I don't have Supreme - this can be closed if true - but it's honestly just a useful feature for everyone to have.

You can lock your own threads as supreme. This should stay a supreme feature. It is not something everyone should have, as it would result in all those kiddos closing threads as soon as people have anything to say about the product they're selling, and would spam new threads as a result. Supremes can also do this, true, but it won't result in thread spam.

Not to mention that if we start moving all of the "useful" features from supreme to standard, there'd be no reason to buy supreme.
Closing threads is a luxury, and therefore is not NEEDED for normal members.

This is already a feature for Supreme members. Lyphiard made an addon for it a few months ago.
