Ability to look back 20-25 minutes in Shout Box (Advertising Purposes)

I am making this thread because I suggest you should be able to look back in the Shoutbox up to 20-25 minutes, as sometimes if you leave the chat and visit a thread, your chat will clear a bit.

This is for advertising. Now since you can only advertise once every 20 minutes, you should be able to look back and make sure you don't break this rule and earn warning points for it. It's a great way for users to be able to know they aren't breaking the rules.
