Ability to see who downloaded the resource updates

The ability of being able to see who downloaded any update the author made to their resource instead of just a number of downloads will be so much helpful especially for those who have their resources leaked as it will help getting the suspicion circle smaller to help finding the leaker.

It could also be helpful for some other purposes for knowing how downloaded your updates.
