About account locking.

I heard accounts can be locked when sold. Is this true? And if so, how to avoid it? I've never had an issue with my accounts locking and I have been given like 10-12 in total. I have also heard it takes a tid to unlock it, but 1-2 characters don't have transaction ids? I'd like someone to explain it to me, thank you.

Selling an account can result in the account being locked, yes.
You cant really avoid it as there are mojang employees on this forum and retards who report the account.
No idea about the tid part.

I don't think you can unlock it without tid.
