Whoever is familiar with the current prison world, please let me know the following (would help a ton):

1. The best and optimized core that can be used (free or paid)
2. If the core doesn’t include custom enchantments, what is the best plugin to handle this feature?

Personally, I wouldn't recommend any prison core. There's no really great core out right now; I suppose you could purchase the Ultra Prison Core source code and edit that yourself, saves some time and money.

And the best enchant handling plugin is TokenEnchant; I would give that a look, it's what most servers run if they're not running custom or UPC.
