Above - Hiring Freelancers (80%) & Sales Representatives (10%)

Hello,

My name is Landon, (Landon) the CEO of AboveHR, along with Cal. Today, we are glad to introduce a project we've been in the works of since mid of April, 2018. This project was originally called "MCM.co", before deciding to rebrand to "AboveHR". AboveHR is a network of service teams (Primarily PrimeTechnology and Avast, and soon to be expanding). The goal is simple- unify the backend resources to provide freelancers with a greater amount of commissions then ever before in one place. All commissions from the service teams under our network are all put into the AboveHR Discord, where freelancers can accept commissions from multiple service teams within seconds. As stated, currently it is only Avast and PrimeTechnology, but we are in hopes to expand to roughly 4 or 5 service teams- meaning freelancers can get commissions from five different teams in one server. Cool, right?

As apart of this new venture with combining service teams, we also have a very Ticket Bot, that automatically handles adding freelancers to tickets upon acceptance, so almost everything is automated.

We are looking to expand our team of Freelancers and Sales Reps.
We are hiring: Developers, Web Developers, Bot Developers, Software Themers, Setup Specialist, Builders, Terraformers, System Administrators, Graphic Designers, Illustrator, and Cinematographers, and Sales Representatives.

Freelancers will receive 80% per commission.
Sales Representatives will receive 10% per commission.

Do the sales reps still get a cut even if they didnt bring the user to the discord?

Every ticket has a Sales Representative assigned (Clients can choose to assign someone specific, or Sales Reps will be notified and can claim the ticket), so yes, if you are assigned, regardless of bringing them or not, you get the commission cut.

I wanted to be a freelancer and that stuff just kills me, I lose 10% of the cut cause some dude decides to do nothing and waits for a person to come and then spend 5 minutes forwarding a client to me. That stuff just ruins service teams for me

Then don't join one, simple as. Leave.
