Abusive Staff

I own a hosting company, one of our staff members pays half for a dedi. Today, he just thinks it's okay to delete everyone's files and take away the dedi because I spend stuff on "useless shit" (Advertising Banner). Now, I have to buy a whole nother dedi, and compensate EVERYONE. What should I do?

First of all, get rid of the abusive staff members, if he thinks he can do whatever he wants, then just get rid of him. Don't want anymore damage from him. About all the people who had their files deleted, might wanna give them something, make them happy, such as a free server setup or whatever. An advertising banner is good, but you should probably invest in some better advertising now that you have to pay for the dedi. Rate this if it was helpful

Remove the abusive staff member and offer assistance and apologies to your users that lost anything due to the staff member. Then you could offer them partial refunds or help them get another server.
