This user is screaming at me to pay for a logo he sent (for him to buy cigs) when i've explained 100 times 1) don't have enough money (right now) and 2) I don't feel comfortable sending money to someone for cigs and then he goes on to say he's a drug dealer. I know he's been banned many times and keeps coming back. I don't know what to do. I don't want to be considered a "scammer", but I don't feel comfortable. I didn't say for him to send it, I asked to see what the logo looked like and Idk what ta do.

Now, your first reason is perfectly valid, but "you don't feel comfortable sending money to someone for cigs" is completely idiotic. He should be able to use the money however he wants. Also, if he did make you the logo, (assuming you explicitly said, "hey, make me this logo pls I'll pay you") doesn't it also make sense to pay him?

That could be the deal breaker right there and be acceptable to break a deal even if that "all they did". Now if he was JUST intending to send the money on "xyz" and the person does not like the "xyz" then yes you still ought to send the money IF you agreed to do so.

It like a web hosting provider not providing service because they did not like a website promoting an election of a person to run for our country (a provider actually questioned this in fact).

In short if you conduct business in public you SHOULD be providing to the public. This particular case however I would 100% agrees with the "buyer" since she did not intended to be a "buyder" in the first place and the fact of the threatening.

Block that guy, and change your skype details, as well as set your skype to not show an IP to people that are in your contacts.
