Accept Bitcoin as a payment method

I think that MCM should accept bitcoin for account upgrades and offer it as an option to accept with resources.

I only now hold Bitcoin as my PayPal was limited permanently due to me selling stuff on here that wasn't in their TOS.

This is completely dependant on the Addon developer and there's not much I can do about it.

I've already suggested this to them.

As for your PayPal being limited: just because you made a mistake doesn't mean MC-Market needs a entire rework of the resources payment processing.

I'm not using this saying the whole network needs to change for me. I'm making a suggestion so people can use another form of payment for their plugins.
