Account glitch?

So today I was trying to buy a rank on Hypixel.
But realized It said it couldn't find my ign in the buycraft
I didn't think anything of it and than I went to a different server to buy something
And they I can't find my ign in the buycraft either
I talked to the owner and he said "You are not banned or anything"
Anyone know about this issue?
