account got scammed, anyone have idea how should i pull it back?

title said all, my account "fireball" got scammed, he changed the email to his email, i should receive an email from mojang but before he changed the email he disabled the email i owned, so i didnt receive an email from mojang.

if any1 have idea, please lmk, thanks
