If you bought it off minecraft.net and have the TID you should be able to get it back.. otherwise probably not.

And, it was bought a while back using My moms bank account.

Look, how many people have purchased Minecraft? 22 Million? So a couple hundred, if not thousand make up 40% of the accounts. Just no.
