Account Owners

Hello,

So I am trying to learn more about accounts. I been getting more into OG names. And etc. but I noticed a lot of people I know. Have gotten OG names and accounts from contacting the Owners of the accounts.

For example, I am trying to get the Accounts. Guardian and ElderGuradian. Obviously those are both taken. But does anyone know who owns the account or ways I can contact them?
