Account selling

Would I be allowed to sell mc accounts without upgrading my mcmarket account? If not which level do I need to upgrade to?

No, you have to upgrade to Premium, I believe.

The ten dollar upgrade or one of the more expensive ones?

The ten dollar one. If I'm wrong, you can just upgrade for the same price as it would be buying it all at the same time.
