It would be pretty cool if there was a feature where you can switch your mcm account without having to log out everytime. I would suggest you add a small tab on the top that says "Add Account". You can add up to 2 accounts. A "Personal Account" and a"Business Account".

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

I think this would be used more for ban evading than anything haha.

I highly doubt we will have anything like this. Let's see what the community thinks.

Ajdin Well, you are allowed to use up to 2 accounts right? And you could implement a feature where when you get banned on one account that you also get banned on the other account.

I never realised logging out and back in was hard, or using multiple browsers to eliminate that need.

Requires custom development, not worth it.

However, I like the idea and will make the add-on anyway for XF, sounds cool lol. Probably not appropriate here, though.

It could be where it is a sub-account. If either account is banned, you can't access the other one.

To access your business account you need to login to your personal account and then click the button to switch.

This would require modifying the core XF login system. I'm not sure if it's worth doing that considering it could be a new area for bugs and certain updates would take longer as it's the core XF.

I don't feel like it's worth going through all that effort for that feature.

Probably not, its easier to just create a second account. :)

I don't know if it'd require modifying the core, but some parts of it aren't extendible by the XF class proxy system (XFCP), so perhaps it all couldn't be put into an add-on. I haven't really explored authentication entirely to see how feasible this is.

Honestly, I'd say it's as simple as switching accounts via session manipulation, completely safe and harmless. Or, otherwise, a centralised auth server.

It isn't worth the effort at all, however. It is, though, a cool project for me to look into later.

Thanks for the idea. :)

As for it being on MCM, anything that isn't limited here is subject to large amounts of abuse. So this wouldn't work here.

Something that could be done, however, as Overlord has said, this wouldn't be something appropriate for MC-Market, as it wouldn't be needed or even useful for a majority of users.
