Account Transaction ID question

Okay say I bought an account off a member. "Example1" being the name (I do not own that account. this is just a question).

And i get the transaction ID.

few months later, anon who originally owned it took it back.

What do?

I can claim it back but it would go on until they ask for more than just transaction ID, i.e, paypal/credit card proof or name, address. etc

anyone have any ideas?

For all intensive purposes I cant namechange the account for example. would they still do it if I ask them to?
