Account Upgrade

So I understand that you guys have to manually assign account upgrades, but it's been 48 hours and I still don't have Premium? The money has been taken out of my account.

make a support ticket and wait for Mike to reply. i bought my upgrade and it took over a day for them to see and add it to my account

I did, and spoke to staff but nothing is happening

well justin and mike replied to my support ticket this morning, and justin said they have to wait for mike to check the purchase, and then mike checked it and gave it to me. did you send proof of purchase? ss of email confirmation etc

I don't see the point in opening a thread here, most likely no staff member will reply here.
You need to open a support ticket, I believe then you will get your upgrade. It doesn't occur by magic.
