account was stolen

Ok, so recently my account was stolen with a minecon 2013 cape. i submitted 2 tickets in the past week and a half. i have not heard from mojang. i provided as much proof as possible, t id payment type, last 4 numbers on the card. Nothing at all, I'm getting really really worried about this? Can anybody help?

My best recommendation for you is to wait it out. As Deleted User 206 stated, it's likely due to the Minecon backlog. I hope you get your account back.

They normally take like 1 week when they're normal. Now they could take up to a month :/

True, But I'm gonna wait a week or two, if not I'm gonna get in contact a lot more meaning I'm gonna be submitting tickets on the hours.
